The Speights Ale House is Hamilton’s Newest Establishment.

The Speight’s Ale House on Anglesea Street, just minutes from Waikato Stadium has been opened by former All Black and Raglan resident Arran Pene and his wife Sonia and it continues the tradition of famous sportspeople running some great pubs across the country.

Hamilton’s Speight’s Alehouse  showcases Speight’s Brewery’s authentic southern heritage while providing unsurpassed southern hospitality, fine ales and great southern fare and is the sixteenth Speight’s Alehouse to open in New Zealand.

We are the closest watering hole to the stadium. Speight’s Ale House opens at 11am and closes late or 3am whichever comes first!!! On game nights The Ale House is the place to be with a huge outdoor courtyard, an overly generous full bar inside and of course our restaurant with its lashings of great southern fare.
